An all level practice that unpacks one of the most commonly practiced series of poses in yoga, Sun Salutations A, B, and C. This series is important for upper body strength, helping you to hold your heart and your posture in optimal alignment. As your legs and hips gain flexibility in positions of strength & power, you will enjoy suppleness in your low back and a confidence in your ability to support yourself. As we move with breath, we strike a beautiful balance of meditative movement that calms and re-focuses your mind, bringing you more into the flow of life.
